Kärcher unveils key products at Project Lebanon

BEIRUT, May 18, 2017

Karcher, a global leader in innovative cleaning technology solutions, is showcasing its products and solutions at Project Lebanon, a premier exhibition for building material and equipment, being held in capital Beirut.

The 22nd edition of Project Lebanon concludes tomorrow (May 19) at the Beirut International Exhibition and Leisure Centre.

The expo features a B2B matchmaking platform, an innovative or start-up pavilion, and live demonstrations.

Lebanon is an important trade and re-export market not only because of the country’s geographic location, but also because of its diaspora spread across the globe, said experts.

Non-resident Lebanese, contribute to the country’s economic development by driving investments into the country. Doing business in Lebanon is a gateway to other markets within the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region as well.

Lebanon is set for an industrial growth in 2017, with a focus on the construction and real estate sectors, they added.

Real estate sector requires high-intensity cleaning jobs at and around construction sites and Kärcher has quality products for the industry, said a top official.

"We are optimistic about Lebanon’s economic growth, as it is strategically located for extensive trade and re-exports in the region and globally," remarked Mazen Abou Chakra, the export sales director, Kärcher Middle East.

"Our presence in Lebanon is part of our Middle East strategy. Having existed in this region for more than 20 years, we want to ensure our products, solutions, innovation, and quality has touched everyone," he said.

Kärcher, he stated, received an overwhelming response at Project Lebanon and was very happy with its participation in this key industry event.

Gebran Safi, the owner, Mecanix Shops, a professional dealer for Kärcher in Lebanon, said: "The construction companies are always on the look out for top products, be it in a market that’s rebuilding or an already established market. In a new or a rebuilding phase of a market, the companies need long lasting products with a proven track record, for their investment to be secure."

"In an already established market, the companies are always looking for ways to extend their existing assets like cleaning equipment, through experienced annual maintenance contracts. We have a variety of machines that suit every phase of the construction cycle," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
