Nissan Saudi Arabia recently organised multiple workshops around the kingdom for Nissan dealers’ service providers to deliver advanced sales and aftersales services.

The workshops were held by Nissan as part of its commitment to the long-lasting partnership with its customers and its strategy to upsurge efficiency of its resources, said a statement from the company.

More than 2200 Alissa & Petromin employees in sales, aftersales technical and nontechnical departments completed their training in Nissan Service Technician Education Program (NSTEP), Nissan Service Adviser Program (NSAP) and Customer Handling Skills Program (CHS), it stated. – TradeArabia News Service
