Bahrain needs 10 times the industrial land it has to cater to a growing demand in the sector, according to a senior official.

Reclamation work on an industrial zone in East Sitra will soon start to tackle a mounting shortage, said Industry and Commerce Ministry Under-Secretary for Industry Affairs Osama Mohammed Al Arrayedh, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.
