Bahrain-based Ebrahim K Kanoo recently organised a ‘Management Synergy Workshop’ conducted by international coach Geoffrey Jarvis, which was attended by 26 senior managers from the company.

The event was held on January 14, at the Royal Golf Club, Riffa Views.

The objective of the workshop was to explore the implications and action required in bringing to life and energising the vision statement as well as to explore the synergies and attendant cost-savings that exist in the company, said a statement from E K Kanoo.

The workshop also gave a hands-on exercise on how to identify and eliminate duplication of effort, it added.

The chairman Mohammed Kanoo attended part of the workshop and delivered a speech about the importance of this workshop in strengthening the position of the company, it said.
