Halul Offshore Services Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Milaha, was honoured with an award at the Seatrade Maritime Awards ceremony for the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, and Africa which was recently held in Dubai, UAE.
 
The company won the Seatrade ‘Offshore Marine Award for Owners & Operators’ at the event, said a statement from Halul.

The 12th edition of the Seatrade Maritime Awards was attended by more than 800 leaders and senior executives from the maritime sector, and are considered an annual highlight in the regional maritime calendar. The award winners are chosen by an independent panel of judges based on a set of fair and transparent criteria.

The award, which Halul also won in 2013, came in recognition of the company’s operational and financial success despite the current challenges in the offshore marine services market, it said.

A high-level delegation from Milaha and Halul attended the ceremony, which included a pre-dinner reception followed by a gala dinner, it added.
