"Our annual participation in the Careers’ Day has several goals. The most important being, the chance to , introduce students to workforce requirements in the local market, and presenting training and recruitment programmes that are presented by young Bahraini representatives from human resources and training departments in different companies."
"This will help them select the most suitable field depending on the market demands on workforce," Schmitt remarked.
Alba has implemented a number of training and recruitment programmes in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour, including “Training for Bahrain” that provided hundreds of young and qualified Bahrainis with job opportunities in Alba and other companies, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
