Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has awarded two contracts worth Dh440 million ($120 million) to Zahrat Al Safa Contracting for the development of two buildings within the Dubai Healthcare City.

The construction of the buildings - Fawad Azizi and Jawad Azizi - began on April 1 this year and is advancing at a rapid pace at the major health and wellness destination in Dubai.

Fawad Azizi will boast a total of 396 units, including 201 studios, 165 one- and 30 two-bedroom apartments, while Jawad Azizi will have 383 total units, including 216 studios, 137 one- and 30 two-bedroom apartments.

Chairman Mirwais Azizi said: "We are committed to establishing communities and delivering premier real estate projects in Dubai. Dubai Healthcare City is one of the emirate’s urban upscale landmarks and is committed to being a health and wellness destination."

The other two projects in DHCC include Azizi Aliyah Residences and Farhad Azizi, he stated.

Azizi Aliyah Residences is a Dh470-million project that will offer a total of 346 fully serviced residences with 191 studios, 135 one- and 20 two-bedroom apartments, along with upscale retail space of 16,000 sq  ft, while Farhad Azizi will have a total of 634 units, including 396 studios, 218 one- and 20 two-bedroom apartments.

"DHCC shares close proximity to Downtown Dubai and the financial district of the city, along with key shopping malls and lush green parks in the vicinity, which makes it an excellent investment for buyers and investors," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
