Kaya acquires two clinics in Abu Dhabi, Kuwait

ABU DHABI, February 25, 2016

Kaya Skin Clinic, a leading international skincare clinic chain in the Middle East, has acquired two clinics in the Gulf to offer its wide range of skincare services and products.

With the two new acquisitions - one in Abu Dhabi, UAE and the other in Kuwait, the total number of Kaya clinics has grown to 21 across the region, said a statement.

In Abu Dhabi, Kaya Skin Clinic acquired Iris Medical Centre, a well reputed clinic, in Corniche Area, run by Dr Yasser, a renowned dermatologist.

It marks the sixth clinic for Kaya in UAE’s capital

In Kuwait, Kaya Skin Clinic has partnered with Al Beda, taking over its dermatology clinic, in Al Riggae. The clinic is part of a large medical centre by the name Universal Medical Centre.

The acquiring of new clinics in Abu Dhabi and Kuwait is part of Kaya’s aggressive expansion strategy, which will see the company venturing into newer markets and increased network in existing markets, over the near future.

Debashish Neogi, chief executive officer – Middle East at Kaya Skin Clinic, said: “Kaya’s aggressive expansion starting with new acquisitions in Abu Dhabi and Kuwait, is spurred by a burgeoning demand for quality skincare solutions, which the brand stands for, with its commitment to the best skin care solutions over years. We are committed to open new outlets closer to our customers and provide them with state-of-art facilities and services. Our acquisitions are key milestones in this journey.” - TradeArabia News Service
