Globalpharma, Dubai's first pharmaceutical manufacturing company, recently hosted a series of symposia in the UAE to promote the company's first under licence product for gynaecological disorders.

Globalpharma is a subsidiary of Dubai Investments Industries, wholly owned by Dubai Investments.

The symposia featured international speaker Dr Eiko E Petersen, former head of the Department of Infectious Diseases in Gynaecology and Obstetrics at the Women's Hospital of the University of Freiburg, Germany.

Dr Petersen talked in detail about infections and other disorders during the well-attended symposia.

Each symposium featured a top-notch gynaecologist from the UAE, who also spoke about the subject.
