DMCC Free Zone hosted a leadership training session for its free zone members, in collaboration with IvyCourse.com, a portal for online courses from the world’s best Ivy league universities.

The session, titled ‘Achieving a Breakthrough in Personal Excellence and Leadership,’ was led by Dr Srikumar Rao, a bestselling author and former Columbia University and London Business School professor.

It covered unconventional strategies and tools for enhancing personal and professional development.

The aim of the course was to help managers effectively deal with uncertainty, change and high complexity in everyday leadership and focused on proven mechanisms that create a highly motivated and appreciated work environment.
