CSU is located in New South Wales, Victoria, Australia and it is country’s fifth largest university offering around 400 courses to approximately 38,000 students worldwide, said a statement.

It has been consistently ranked as having one of the highest graduate employment rates of any Australian university. Its courses are delivered with an emphasis on workplace integrated learning; ensuring graduates are skilled to succeed in their chosen industry, it said.

The online course capsule has been tailored to suit all the aspects of virtualisation and will consist of in-depth study of virtualisation and the key advantages of VMWare and Microsoft virtualisation.

It will introduce virtualised data centres and will highlight the main components of the virtualised data centre.

It will focus on how to configure and manage data centre in Microsoft or VMWare respective environments. The curriculum will also include creating virtual machines, virtual machine hardware, and virtual machine files, deploying a virtual machine. There will be a webminar from the faculty of CSU in Australia.

Mohammad Mobasseri, chief executive officer of emt Distribution, said: “As a value added distributor, we wanted to enrich channel with specific skills and knowledge that led us to initiate emt Academy. This is academy is part of strategic vision plan for channel growth in the region.

“This is for the first time, that any distributor is offering an international recognised from world’s leading university in Middle East to its channel partners free of cost. The successful candidates after completing the course will also be awarded certification from Charles Sturt University, which will further enhance the credibility of our channel partners and boosts the confidence of their customers to work with them.”

Regionally the course will administered by the CISO for emt Distribution, Erdal Ozkaya, said the statement.

“It is a rare feat, that emt has achieved to enable channel to grow faster by powering them with such a specialised course free of cost to its partners. Virtualisation is a very specialised area and very few partners are equipped with right knowledge and skill sets to implement large projects or sell virtualised solutions. This could be a game changer, and I am excited to be part of this unique initiative,” he said.

The first course will commence this month, and all the authorised channel partners of emt Distribution from UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Egypt and Kuwait will be eligible to avail this opportunity, the statement added. - TradeArabia News Service
