Morocco gets $214m Kuwait loan

Rabat, November 27, 2010

The Kuwait-based Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development has lent Morocco two loans worth $214 million to finance the expansion of Tangier port and building a dam in the northern region of Larache, the Finance Ministry said.

The Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development is a pan-Arab government fund aimed at furthering development in Arab countries.-Reuters
