Sobha Realty, a premium UAE real estate developer, said it has successfully completed work on Waves, a 35-storey residential tower, featuring a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, located at the waterfront district in Sobha Hartland.

 

Work on the tower, located right in front of the 1.8 km waterfront boardwalk in Sobha Hartland, began early in 2021. 

 

It is the first development to get ready across the waterfront district of Sobha Hartland that offers exceptional views of the Dubai Skyline, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Meydan Racecourse, Meydan One Mall, and Dubai Creek.
