The project will the latest addition to the properties owned and developed by the company in Dubai Investment Park.

 

The ground-breaking ceremony was held at the construction site in the Ewan Residences development and was attended by Lootah Real Estate Development’s top management officials, key stakeholders and partners. 

 

Set for delivery in the first quarter of 2020, ‘The Edge’ will feature a striking five-storey residential building, comprising of 103 units of elegantly designed studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments ranging from areas of 144,854 sq ft.
