Nakheel launches sale of Dragon Towers apartments

Master developer Nakheel said it will begin selling apartments at Dragon Towers – its new, twin tower residential complex at Dubai’s Dragon City – from tomorrow (September 30), with prices from Dh449,000 ($122,229) and attractive payment plans.
Due for completion in 2021, Dragon Towers is linked by a covered bridge to Dragon Mart and its 5,000 shops, services and amenities, including a 12-screen cinema, supermarket and numerous dining outlets.
The news comes less than a week after Nakheel awarded the construction contract for the Dh713 million project, the first residential component of the rapidly-expanding Dragon City community and the only high-rise development in the area, said the statement from Nakheel.
A key attraction at the Nakheel stand at Cityscape Global, which starts on Tuesday (October 2), Dragon Towers is connected to the world-famous Dragon Mart retail and trading hub.
There are also two floors of retail space, four parking levels and a six-floor podium level Clubhouse with a 25-m swimming pool, children’s pool, restaurant, gym and tennis court.
Dragon Towers apartments, which have floor areas ranging from 624 sq ft to 937 sq ft, will come along with fitted wardrobes and premium kitchen appliances. It will also feature balconies offering panoramic views across the Dubai skyline.
Some of the one-bedroom units will have a study room as well, said the sttaement from Nakheel.
Beside this, each of these apartments will have parking space and an on-site security and key card entry system.
The apartments are located on the Hatta/Oman road, just a few minutes’ drive from Dubai International Airport, with excellent connectivity via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and the new access and interchange at Al Awir Road.
The upcoming Dubai Metro Green Line extension and new Metro stations nearby will provide convenient access to the rest of the city.
Dragon Towers is a key component of Nakheel’s ongoing retail, hospitality and residential expansion at Dragon City, which currently comprises Dragon Mart 1 and 2 and an ibis Styles hotel.
A new showroom and car park complex and a Premier Inn hotel are in advanced stages of construction, with further expansions in the pipeline.-TradeArabia News Service
