Falconcity of Wonders unveils key project at China event

UAE-based Falconcity of Wonders, the developer of a multi-purpose mega project coming up in Dubai, has taken centrestage at Dubai Property Show in Shanghai, China, with its new residential community project.
The 'Eastern Residences' boasts a collection of spacious five- and six-bedroom villas, said the event organisers Dubai Land Department (DLD).
Salem Almoosa, the chairman and general manager, Falconcity of Wonders, said: "In line with the ‘Belt and Road’ initiative, the bilateral Dubai–China relationship has seen a steady growth over the years as we have witnessed an increase in the number of Chinese investors who have contributed a total of Dh14 billion ($3.14 billion) since 2002 in the region.
"We are confident our on-going development of spacious 5 and 6 master-bedroom villas at Eastern Residences will prove to be more than just investment opportunities, as they will stand out and attract people who are looking for a second home in Dubai," stated Moosa.
During the event, Almoosa will discuss what makes Dubai an excellent real estate investment destination during the exhibition’s three-day run.
