Bloom's waterfront project records 90pc occupancy
ABU DHABI, July 30, 2018
UAE-based Bloom Properties said the occupancy rate at its premium waterfront destination, Bloom Marina, which is located in Abu Dhabi’s Al Bateen area, has exceeded 90 per cent.
A subsidiary of Bloom Holding, the company is a specialist in the development of integrated and sustainable communities.
A fully integrated community comprising a selection of world-class amenities and facilities in its proximity, Bloom Marina features 225 upscale residential apartments ranging from one- to four- bedroom units.
Complete with high ceilings and built to a contemporary design, most units boast a marina view and offer residents the secluded luxury and tranquility of marina living, said a statement from Bloom Holding.
A key driver of the steady growth witnessed by Bloom’s leasehold portfolio in recent months, the strong tenant interest in Bloom Marina reflects the sustained demand for well-maintained and high-quality housing within Abu Dhabi’s exclusive urban neighborhoods, it added.
Bloom Holding CEO Sameh Muhtadi said the high occupancy levels achieved by Bloom Marina, amid the significant growth in supply in the rental market, was the result of continuing demand from tenants, attracted by the development’s prime location, quality offerings and broad selection of high-end amenities.
"Our clients have long recognized the advantages and added value of living in a Bloom home that offers them the very best in contemporary urban living," he noted.
Bloom Marina offers residents seamless access to a wide range of wellness, leisure, dining and retail facilities. Its retail promenade is destined to house 14 renowned F&B brands, with most of these overlooking the marina and offering panoramic views of the Abu Dhabi skyline.
"Bloom Marina is a testament to Bloom Properties’ keenness in ensuring quality and convenience. We will continue this focus as part of our commitment to creating long-term value for our stakeholders and residents," remarked Muhtadi.
A major development in Abu Dhabi, Bloom Marina also comprises the Middle East’s first-ever Edition hotel, a five-star hospitality component featuring 200-keys and 57 executive serviced apartments.
Set to open before the end of 2018, the luxurious property will operate under the Edition hotel brand - the latest name among boutique hotels, created by renowned American hotelier and real estate developer Ian Schrager in partnership with Marriott International, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
