Azizi's Palm Jumeirah project set for 2018 hand-over

Azizi Developments, one of the leading private developers in the UAE, has announced that construction is progressing as per schedule on its Dh780-million ($212 million) beach-front project Azizi Mina, coming up on the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
The work on the interiors of the building is well under way, including mechanical and electrical works, and tiling and painting across all units and is on track for delivery by the end of 2018, said a statement from the UAE developer.
Announcing the progress, group chairman Mirwais Azizi said: "Palm Jumeirah is one of the most iconic locations in the world. The market is witnessing a high demand for projects on Palm Jumeirah and Azizi Mina was conceptualised to address this need."
With its well-crafted design and prime waterfront location on the ‘crescent’ of the luxurious Palm Jumeirah, one of the UAE’s most sought-after destinations, Azizi Mina features panoramic views of the sea and provides beach access to 174 residential apartments and four luxurious penthouses, stated the top official.
"This beachfront project will offer a stunning waterfront view, community amenities and beach access, making it a prized option for residents and investors alike," he stated.
Azizi said the project will be the new lifestyle destination on Palm Jumeirah covering a total area of 452,000 sq ft which includes 120 one- and 54 two-bedroom units besides four penthouse residences.
In addition, it will include a total of six retail units across an area spanning 16,500 sq ft, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
