Bahrain British Business Forum (BBBF) and Newton Legal Group hosted a panel discussion at the Capital Club in Bahrain to highlight the recent changes to the most widely used construction industry standard FIDIC contract forms and their effect on the industry.

Sumana Abdulkarim, senior associate at Newton Legal Group, moderated the discussion. The expert panel of leading legal and engineering practitioners were Paula Boast, partner at Charles Russell Speechlys, Joanne Taqi, partner at Norton Rose Fulbright and Ian Lunt-Bell, principal engineer at Aecom.
