Bahrain's Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has ordered officials to speed up the handover of completed units in the East Hidd Town as well as 280 others in Buhair housing project, whose distribution has been delayed due to pending infrastructure works, reported BNA.

HRH Premier, chairing the regular weekly Cabinet session at Gudaibiya Palace, instructed the Housing Ministry to speed up the completion of the infrastructure and facilities that serve the two projects to ensure they are handed over to beneficiaries as soon as possible, it stated.

The Prime Minister also stressed the need to beautify the sites of housing projects, and ensure their environmental protection, besides setting up more tourist attractions, such as beaches, islands and parks that could attract tourists and offer an outlet for the citizens, the report added.
