Jumeirah Golf Estates completes sale of townhouses
DUBAI, May 13, 2018
Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE), a major residential golf destination offering luxury homes and leisure facilities in Dubai, has completed the sale of all the 95 residential units at its Alandalus Townhouses development.
A premium residential development set amid two internationally-acclaimed championship golf courses, JGE pointed out that these townhouses would be delivered in three phases by the end of this year.
CEO Yousuf Kazim said: "The overwhelming response to the launch of Alandalus Townhouses is a clear demonstration of investor confidence in Jumeirah Golf Estates' delivery credentials, and the attraction of high-quality, mid-market projects in Dubai."
"The strong demand seen for these townhouses underpins our reputation for bringing the right type of product to the market at the right price, without compromising on the layout, quality, and finishing, with complete access to an unparalleled outdoor lifestyle community within close proximity of the Expo 2020 site."
"This project is set to be handed over to our residents in the fourth quarter of 2018," he added.
Designed as a modern community living environment, that blends Andalusian-inspired architecture with serene outdoor living environments, Alandalus offers 715 apartments, 95 townhouses besides a community retail centre, hotel and a mosque thus making it a complete, integrated community.
The Alandalus Townhouses gated community features a collection of two- and three-bedroom homes and has been designed to feature clear, defined open spaces flooded with natural light, combining modern and traditional Andalusian materials for a sophisticated, functional and comfortable space, said Kazim.
"Each townhouse has a private outdoor terrace including an optional plunge pool and patio area to offer essential elements for family living and sociable lifestyle and complement the surroundings that include fascinating water features, and soft landscaping features including Mediterranean olive and citrus trees," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
