Muriya sells out 70pc units at Oman residential community
MUSCAT, May 9, 2018
Muriya, a joint venture between Orascom Development Holdings, a leading developer of integrated destinations and Omran, the tourism development arm of the Omani Government, said there has been an overwhelming response for its Jebel Sifah Heights project which is now 70 per cent sold out.
The company's newest neighbourhood boasting sea and golf course views, Jebel Sifah Heights, was launched following the successful sellout of its Golf Lake apartments last year.
Designed by world-renowned architects North Point, the sea-view apartments include two- and three-bedroom units, ranging between 118 sq m to 162 sq m, while the golf-view apartments range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, said the company in a statement.
All apartments offer large terraces, while the ground floor units enjoy landscaped gardens of various sizes.
Upon completion of Jebel Sifah Heights, home-owners will get to enjoy a variety of leisure facilities including a tranquil meditation garden, fountains, an infinity pool, jogging tracks, a children’s play area and an open-air gym, it stated.
Jebel Sifah, Muriya’s leading getaway destination, continues to deliver unique and diverse real estate freehold properties for its growing client base in Oman and the region, said the developer.
It continues to be one of Muscat’s most attractive destinations, providing home-owners with an exclusive investment opportunity, together with the ability to obtain residency in the sultanate for themselves and their immediate family, it added.
Muriya CEO Ahmed Dabbous said: "In a mere 18 months, Jebel Sifah has witnessed the huge success of two projects which attracted home-owners from diverse nationalities."
"We have seen an increased demand for our integrated tourism complex properties over the last year, a trend that is reflected in the strong sales we have seen at Jebel Sifah Heights and our Golf Lake residential area," noted Dabbous.
This, he stated, indicates the potential of Jebel Sifah, as an integrated touristic and residential destination with high investment return potential.
According to him, Muriya’s Jebel Sifah Heights project offers breath-taking sea and golf views that span freehold apartments that will be built in a phased approach.
Since its launch in 2008, Jebel Sifah has become one of Muscat’s premier destinations boasting excellent facilities and world-class infrastructure close to Oman’s natural wonders, remarked Dabbous.
The development is a burgeoning community that hosts a wide variety of freehold properties, the nine-hole Jebel Sifah Golf Course designed by Peter Harradine, the recently launched The Bank Beach Club, Sifawy Boutique Hotel, and a range of restaurants, shops and first-class entertainment facilities, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
