New phase of Dubailand community project unveiled
DUBAI, April 29, 2018
Dubai Properties, a leading real estate master developer of renowned destinations and communities across the emirate, has announced the launch of a new phase of its highly-successful Villanova community in Dubailand.
Phase Three of Amaranta, the green heart of Villanova, is slated to begin in the fourth quarter of this year with completion scheduled for Q4 2020.
The beautiful two-, three- and four-bedroom townhouses of Amaranta echo the haciendas of modern Spanish design, said a statement from Dubai Properties.
The carefully planned two-storey designs offer spacious floor plans that encourage a laid-back and relaxed lifestyle. The community layout and integrated design create an intimate neighbourhood for all Amaranta residents.
Amaranta 3 comprises over 300 spacious three- and four-bedroom townhouses, sporting modern Spanish façades, said the statement from Dubai Properties.
The aesthetics of each unit will draw inspiration from the elaborate detail found in contemporary Mediterranean architecture. The meticulously designed two-storey houses will feature elegantly finished interiors and bright natural colours that create an ideal setting for a stress-free and relaxed lifestyle, it stated.
Marwan Al Kindi, the executive director of sales and sales operations, said: "At Dubai Properties, we believe a home is not the house you buy, it’s the memories you create with your loved ones and the feeling that you are in the place you cherish the most in the world the moment you walk through the door."
"Villanova offers community living with a modern Mediterranean flair amidst one of Dubai’s most serene landscapes," he noted.
Set to sprawl across 18,000 sq m of verdant greenery, well-manicured gardens and common spaces, Amaranta 3 also serves as the perfect venue to host family gatherings, stated Al Kindi.
Additional amenities will include private parking, BBQ and picnic areas, a pool, a playground, a sports court, a cycling track and a running track. The neighbourhood layout will promote an integrated community lifestyle while providing each family with its own space to thrive, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
