UAE-based Binghatti Developers will be showcasing a number of its innovative projects including the waterfront development - Millennium Binghatti Residences Business Bay - at the Cityscape Abu Dhabi expo.

A premier property exhibition, Cityscape Abu Dhabi will run from April 17 to 19 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.

Inspired by the international deluxe Millennium Hotels and Resorts, the Dh400-million ($109 million) residential complex is located on Dubai’s Water Canal in Business Bay.

Consisting of 230 units including studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, this project offers a number of hotel-inspired facilities and recreational activities, said the statement from Binghatti.

Offering direct views of the Dubai’s Water Canal and iconic Dubai Skyline, the award-winning project features many facilities such as premium concierge-style services, day-care services, catering services, laundry services, housekeeping services facilitation, 24/7 maintenance hotline, and many other premium facilities, it stated.

With unit prices starting at Dh625,000 ($170,138) the Business Bay project is expected to draw an overwhelming response from investors during the three-day event, said the developer.  

The Dubai firm will also exhibit the company’s award-winning project Binghatti Stars. Officially launched at Cityscape Global last year, this project features 363 residential apartments and is situated in a prime location in Dubai Silicon Oasis, at the entrance of the upcoming Silicon Mall project and 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai.

The development, which showcases a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, features a plethora of lifestyle amenities including a health club by Technogym, a heat-monitored swimming pool, a relaxing jacuzzi, a children’s play area, and a public terrace for residents.
