Residents move into first RAK island property

RAS AL KHAIMAH, December 11, 2017

Residents have moved into Pacific, the first purely residential development that has been completed on Al Marjan Island in the northern emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

Pacific is located at an exclusive beachfront plot on View Island, the heart and soul of Al Marjan, said the developers.

With approximatly 300 properties at Pacific occupied to date, the first residents are now settling in, enjoying access to a pristine private beach, top class recreational facilities and uninterrupted sea views from the property’s newly completed apartments.

Offering modern properties at exceptional value, Pacific is a desirable new residential community situated on Ras Al Khaimah’s very own version of Dubai’s Palm Jumeriah – set to be one of the UAE’s number one holiday destinations, they stated.

With apartments available to buy and rent direct from the developer, purchasers and leasers can move in immediately following the completion of paperwork and payment, they added.

Matt Griffin, one of Pacific’s first tenants, couldn’t be happier with his decision to move to the new development: "I chose to rent an apartment in Pacific due to its beautifully isolated location on Al Marjan Island, away from busy roads and streets. The outstanding views from the apartment were also a particularly big draw for me."

"The whole renting process ran smoothly and I’m very pleased with the service that I’ve been provided. To date I’ve been very happy living at Pacific, mainly due to its rooftop facilities, balcony views and the peacefulness of the surrounding area is. The future of Al Marjan Island is exciting and one that I am pleased to be part of," he noted.

"I would highly recommend living at Pacific due to its beautifully styled apartments and idyllic views," he added.

In addition to its three rooftop swimming pools and jacuzzis, tennis and basketball courts, saunas, steam rooms and in- and outdoor gymnasiums, Pacific also houses a number of retail properties – set to include a range of restaurants and cafes, convenience stores and leisure activities.

A collection of luxury hotels occupy other prime sites on the island, with several more in the pipeline.

Furthermore, Emaar announced earlier this year that it plans to build a 2 million sq-ft scheme on Al Marjan Island, which will include a five-star hotel and retail outlets.

Residents of Pacific will be able to head to nearby attractions by foot, granting them easy access to world-class shopping and hospitality, just a stone’s throw away.

"We are delighted to welcome the first residents to Pacific. Across the emirates, Pacific offers the best value for money, with its bright, waterfront apartments and modern finishings and facilities," remarked Carl Donaldson, the sales director.

"Whether purchasing as an owner-occupier or investor, there is no better time to buy a property at Pacific," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
