Haqbaz to unveil two key projects at Bipex

Leading real estate company Haqbaz Real Estate is set to launch two of its major projects - Sama Tower and The Hub - at the upcoming Bahrain International Property Exhibition (Bipex) in Manama.
Bipex is being held under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khaled bin Abdulla Al Khalifa from October 26 to 28 at the Bahrain International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
On the Sama Tower, Haqbaz said it is a stunning 29-storey building designed with a truly oriented luxurious scope and spectacular Seaview and will be one of Juffair’s prime towers.
It introduces the new vision of majesty and luxury in the world of the real estate and the present day modern living, said a statement from the company.
Sama Tower apartments are designed in a modern and stylish way created with a high-quality material providing the smoothest and most luxurious way of living, everything is designed for absolute comfort and in a way, that satisfies different needs and tastes, it added.
In addition to residential towers, Haqbaz will also unveil The Hub Tower which is the latest freehold commercial offices to be developed by the company.
It is a 15-storeyed building with three offices per floor comprising 30 units. It boasts a five-storey
parking, two high speed lifts,10-storey commercial offices, full city view, spacious lobby and reception with round-the-clock security.
This is one of the few freehold commercial offices in Seef District. The area is well connected to main roads and expressway, said a statement from the developer.
The Hub is a new promise of luxury business to elevate into a refreshing work experience. The
commercial offices will put businesses right in the middle of the action with a perfect address, it added.
