Al Bilad to unveil Bahrain's Water Garden City project

Leading real estate investment company Al Bilad will be showcasing its multi-million-dollar development Water Garden City at the upcoming Bahrain International Property Exhibition (Bipex) in Manama.
The event is being held under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khaled bin Abdulla Al Khalifa from October 26 to 28 at the Bahrain International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The Water Garden City, an integrated lifestyle community coming up in the prime Seef District, is predominately residential with a range of services that include leisure facilities, retail, restaurants, hotels and offices, said Al Bilad Real Estate Investment Company.
The three separate precincts of Water Garden City offer residents and visitors different lifestyles and are identified by themed signage, landscaping, building materials and styles.
Each of the precincts is further divided creating a total of nine neighbourhoods,each with their own distinct appeal and key community features, said the real estate group which is set to play a key role at Bipex as a diamond sponsor.
