JGE announces special offer for Dubai luxury homes

DUBAI, September 10, 2017

Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE), the world-class residential golf destination offering luxury homes and leisure facilities among two internationally-acclaimed championship golf courses, has announced an exclusive offer on Alandalus apartments at Cityscape Global expo.

Complementing the mid-market luxury Alandalus, JGE will also showcase and sell its premium Redwood Avenue villas at the three-day event which opens on Monday.

Cityscape buyers can take advantage of the offer for the Alandalus community’s Mediterranean-inspired apartments, whereby  home-owners and investors can benefit from monthly one per cent instalments during construction.

The offer was initially launched during Ramadan and received extremely positive responses. As the designs of the Alandalus apartments cater to the end-user, customers indicated that the payment plan directly meets their needs, both for investing in and renting an off-plan project, and for those looking to live in the homes, said the statement from JGE.

The strong demand and influence of payment plans in a purchase decision has led JGE to reinstate the offer for Cityscape Global, it added.

Yousuf Kazim, CEO of Jumeirah Golf Estates said: "We have established our position as the premier residential golf destination in the region, and Cityscape Global is a perfect opportunity for us to reinforce this by continuing to target local and international investors and home-owners across different market segments."

"This is precisely why we have launched an exclusive offer for our luxury mid-market apartments, and why we will be selling our remarkable Redwood Avenue villas. We look forward to another highy productive event, and to providing updates on our sales success in due course," stated Kazim.

According to him, the Alandalus apartment payment plan, which includes 5 per cent upon booking and the final balance of 70 per cent due on handover in Q3 2019, is available until September 30 to investors and home-owners of any nationality.

It is applicable to the full range of one to four-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from Dh685,000. Moreover, Emirati nationals can avail a two per cent waiver on Dubai Land Department (DLD) fees on property purchases, he added.

Reinforcing the confidence in the product, many banks are prepared to offer mortgages for Alandalus homes, despite it being an off-plan property.

Combining luxury living with affordable prices, Alandalus has been designed to reflect a growing demand for outdoor living with Andalucian-inspired architecture and contemporary features.

The community offers a holistic lifestyle experience, boasting retail space, plans for a hotel development, and Jumeirah Golf Estates’ second Clubhouse, offering residents a wide range of wellness, leisure and entertainment options.-TradeArabia News Service
