At World Real Estate Development, a property development company in the UAE, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Etisalat Facilities Management (EFM), a member of Etisalat Services Holding, to provide consultancy services and expertise in the field of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP).

Under the agreement, Etisalat Facilities Management will provide MEP services, facility management and civil work services for At World.

The MoU was signed by Dr Mohamed Adeeb Saleh, chairman of At World Real Estate Development, and Ali Hassan Al Harmoodi, general manager of Etisalat Facilities Management.

Dr Saleh said: “Today’s agreement is essential as it will help our projects gain industry expertise and help in the successful deployment of these projects. We look forward to working closely with Etisalat Facilities Management in our future projects that will add efficiency and profitability across our businesses.”
