Sobha Group, a premium real estate developer, has unveiled its latest portfolio of 'forest villas' at its Hartland Estates project in Dubai.

Sobha Hartland is a $4-billion resort-style luxury housing project, encompassing 8 million sq ft of freehold community in Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.

Located close to the Dubai Canal and surrounded by 2.4 million sq ft of greenery, the Hartland Estates Forest Villas at Sobha Hartland offers property investors luxurious villas in the heart of Dubai.

The L-shaped villas come with four or five bedrooms, offering ample space in addition to a courtyard, backyard and designated swimming pool, said the developer.

Two show villas are completed and ready for viewing. The villas come with three facade options, from different exterior colours to transparent fencing, for unobstructed views, it stated.

Completion of the first phase of Hartland Estates which comprises 48 villas is expected in December 2018. - TradeArabia News Service
