LXA to complete Al Habtoor City project in H2

LXA (formerly Luxe Interior), a dynamic interior design, project management and development company which operates throughout the UK and the Middle East, said work on the Franco Dragone, the vibrant dining and entertainment epicentre of Al Habtoor City in Dubai, UAE, is nearing completion and the multi-use complex will open during the second half of the year.
The integrated development is the largest single phase development in the Middle East. LXA has designed the VIP areas and the main lobby space associated with the theatre, plus traditional British pub, the Rose & Crown.
In a project of this scale, attention to detail and the ability to work to internationally recognised quality guidelines are of paramount importance in order to deliver to the exacting standards required.
This inaugural space, another Dubai first and a five-year project for LXA comes to fruition in 2017 opening in the second half of the year. The multi-use complex features an extravagant state-of-the-art aqua theatre that uses 2.7 million litres of water to create a stunning and visually captivating experience, both above and below stage level.
