Damac Properties, a top luxury real estate developer in the region, has awarded a contract worth Dh40 million ($10.88 million) for the roads and infrastructure works within Akoya Oxygen, a 55-million-sq-ft lush green development in Dubai, UAE.

The contract has been awarded to Proscape.
