Lootah boosts Dubai mixed-use project amenities

DUBAI, April 25, 2017

Lootah Real Estate Development, a high-end property developer in the UAE, said it has presented significant renovations and refurbishments to Ewan Residences, the company’s pioneering mixed-use gated community launched in 2006.

New residential amenities, including enhanced recreational facilities, new retail options and community gathering areas will be completed for residents to use, said the developer in a statement.

On completion, the residents will get to enjoy a new 10,000 sq-ft children’s play area, a 41,000 sq-ft communal area, 9,000 sq ft of elevated gardens, a three-kilometre jogging track, swimming pools, urban farming areas, barbeque stations, basketball courts and soon a 150,000 sq-ft shaded parking area, it stated.

Located in Dubai Investments Park, the Dh500 million ($136 million) Ewan Residences community consists of 85 buildings comprising one- and two-bedroom apartments spread across 2 million sq-ft. The development also includes a selection of specialty retail services for the more than 2,000 residents, it added.

Saleh Abdullah Lootah, the executive director, said: "When we unveiled Ewan Residences just over ten years ago, it offered investors and residents an unprecedented level of affordable luxury with premium finishings, amenities and high-quality construction."

"As we do with each our properties, once construction phase is complete we do not walk away; we continually engage with owners and residents to ensure that our developments continue to offer competitive and attractive features and remain a community our residents are proud to call 'home'," noted Lootah.

The renovation plan came during the company’s annual meeting with Ewan Residences leaseholders and residents.

"Feedback from our community is critical to us, and helps us maintain our position as the leading mid-luxury property developer in the region," stated Lootah.

"By listening to the people who buy and live in our communities, we become fully aware of the changing needs of our residents, and we remain focused on the improvement of their lives and well-being," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
