Bloom starts work on two Abu Dhabi projects

ABU DHABI, April 19, 2017

Bloom Properties, a developer of integrated and sustainable communities, said it has started the main construction works at its key developments - Stella Maris in Dubai Marina and Bloom Heights in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).

Taking shape at the southern end of the vibrant hub of Dubai Marina, Stella Maris is a luxury project that will deliver 313 high-end residences in total, ranging from one- to three-bedroom units, as well as four-bedroom duplex apartments and penthouses.

Bloom Heights, ideally located in the heart of the popular master-planned community of JVC, offers a total of 686 residential units ranging from studios, to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2019, the development benefits from its easy access to all major roads said the company giving updates on the ongoing construction activities across its diverse range of projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai at Cityscape Abu Dhabi.

In parallel, the main works are progressing steadily at its other projects Park View as are the enabling works at Soho Square in Saadiyat.

Park View will feature a total of 207 residential units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, whereas its hospitality component is to include 217 furnished and serviced hotel apartments featuring studios, as well as one- and two-bedroom executive apartments.

Soho Square, once complete, will comprise 302 upscale residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, townhouses and a penthouse.

Taking shape in the University neighborhood of Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi, both Park View and Soho Square offer proximity to the New York University Abu Dhabi campus and other major upcoming tourist attractions.

Bloom said it had recently commenced the main works at Faya, the fourth phase of its master planned community Bloom Gardens nestled in the heart of the capital minutes away from the natural sanctuary of the Corniche Al Qurm and Khalifa Park.

Faya will consist of 132 townhomes made up of 28 four-unit clusters and four five-unit clusters scheduled for completion in January 2018.

Bloom Properties also revealed that it has started the leasing of 225 upscale and spacious apartments in Bloom Marina following the completion of construction works of Bloom Residences residential buildings.

Bloom Marina is a premium waterfront destination located in Abu Dhabi’s Marina Al Bateen area. The development also comprises the Abu Dhabi Edition five-star hotel, featuring 200-keys and 57 executive serviced apartments, which is due to open in the fourth quarter of 2017.-TradeArabia News Service
