Artar to unveil UAE luxury residence project
RIYADH, April 16, 2017
Saudi-based Artar Real Estate Development is set to showcase its first UAE venture, Mada Residences project, at the Riyadh Real Estate and Urban Development Exhibition (Restatex) to be held later this month.
Located within a minute’s walk of The Dubai Mall, the world’s biggest shopping destination, Mada Residences offers 193 larger than average one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom luxury apartments, with a big emphasis on quality throughout.
Artar, which is the gold sponsor of Retatex, will be bringing its Mada Residences project to virtual reality for the thousands of visitors attending the expo so that they can truly experience the quality of build and greater liveability offering in a prime Downtown Dubai location, said a top official.
The expo will be held from April 23 to 26 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
"The combination of an unrivalled location with open plan spaces that allow people to move freely at home, alongside a commitment to delivering on time and a rare 30-70 payment plan have given them an edge in appealing to a broad spectrum of property investors across the GCC," remarked CEO Sulaiman Abdulrahman Al Rashid.
“We have adapted to the needs of today’s investor and we are keeping to our promise to deliver on time – this is what is important in today’s financial climate and our transparency with investors is paying off,” said Al Rashid.
"Our involvement in Restatex is important for Artar, as it provides us with an opportunity not only to showcase our first UAE venture and bring Mada Residences to investors here in the Kingdom, but also to show that we are listening to the changing demands of real estate buyers and end users," he added.
"The clear message to developers is that people don’t now expect to pay the biggest chunk of the cost of a home until after completion, not through the construction period," statred Al Rashid.
"Our 30-70 payment plan for Mada Residences helps investors and end users with their cash flow, and reinforces our reputation as a developer committed to delivering quality homes on time," he added.
According to him, Liveability, which describes open-plan homes designed to maximise space and comfort for residents, is the central theme for the 36-storey high rise tower at the heart of Downtown Dubai.
“Genuine liveability is a top priority in many other parts of the world, and giving people a better level of space and comfort is something that developers in this region must focus on as it has a major influence these days on where people decide to live,” observed Al Rashid.
Visitors to the Artar exhibition stand at Restatex will be able to take a virtual reality tour of the Mada Residences apartments by slipping on headsets which are connected to a mobile app and allows them to get a real feel for the apartments, their layouts and the space in each unit, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
