DP launches luxurious family-style homes in Dubailand

Dubai Properties (DP), a leading UAE-based real estate master developer and asset manager has announced the launch of La Quinta, the second phase of its elegant and vibrant Villanova residential master community in Dubailand.
Villanova is located near the intersection of Emirates Road and Al Ain Road, in close proximity to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
The announcement comes after the successful launch of Amaranta, the first phase of Villanova, last year. The units are now on sale at the DP sales and customer services centre in Ras Al Khor, said a statement from the company.
The premium three, four-, five- and five-plus-bedroom independent La Quinta villas at Villanova range in size from 2,204 sq ft to 3,863 sq ft, offering families in Dubai the choice of larger villas, a growing segment in the market.
La Quinta is part of Villanova in Dubailand which is the first-of-its-kind private gated neighbourhood specifically designed to cater to holistic family living, with its elegant and spaciously designed ‘Cluster Homes’ and standalone villas, all of which will include full amenities.
Villas in La Quinta will have two to three shaded car parks as well as an additional outdoor area, for socialising and family time. Inspired by Mediterranean and Portuguese architecture, the villas are set amidst lush gardens complete with walking and biking trails, intersecting pedestrian-only linear parks and fountains.
The villas are adjacent to Al Habtoor Polo and Equestrian Club.
DP identified a crucial gap and market need for villas through the immense response received for the Mudon community and is now presenting a premium offering that responds to buyers’ requirements.
Masood Al Awar, the chief commercial officer at DP, said: "La Quinta is a residential neighbourhood that is specifically designed to accommodate larger families who require in excess of three bedrooms."
"We have seen a strong demand for this category of family homes following the successful handover completion of Phase Two of our master-planned community Mudon at Dubailand; the demand is also reflected in the high resale transactions in the secondary market,” stated Al Awar.
"This new launch will invariably enhance the market dynamics in the family accommodation segment and we anticipate a strong uptake for all the units launched for sale," he added.
The large Villanova masterplan comprises smaller neighbourhoods of 150 to 250 units and multiple recreational facilities, each one including a pool house, children’s play areas, barbecue zones, picnic lawns and basketball court, as well as other community-wide facilities like mosques, retail outlets with outdoor seating.
