Sun and Sand Developers (SASD) Group, a key developer of prime properties based in Dubai, UAE, on Sunday (December 18) officially inaugurated Sunshine Residences, its latest residential development located in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

The Dh106-million ($28.8 million) project, which boasts 40 three-bedroom apartments, was fully completed on time, said a statement from the company.

Dr Juma Al Matrooshi, the deputy chief executive officer (operations and client affairs) at Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority opened the new building at a glittering ceremony held in the presence of representatives from Dubai Land Department, Real Estate Regulatory Agency (Rera), prominent real estate brokers and other senior officials.

Lauding SASD group for timely delivery, Al Matrooshi said: "It gives me great pleasure to inaugurate this beautiful new residential project in the heart of Dubai Silicon Oasis. The owners of these new homes are to be commended for investing in such a fine project."
