MANAMA, December 5, 2016
Diyar Al Muharraq, a leading urban development company in Bahrain, said more than 50 per cent of the plots in the second phase of its 'Al Qamra Freehold Residential Project' were sold on the opening day of the project sales in Manama.
There was overwhelming response from investors for the plots in the final phase of ‘Al Qamra’ project which was opened for sale recently at the Diyar Al Muharraq Sales Centre.
A total of 54 freehold residential plots ranging from 300 to 550 sq m, catering to different housing needs, were up for grabs, said a statement from the developer.
The project witnessed high demand, attracting a large number of locals and expatriates in search of residential and investment plots in one of the most prominent real estate development projects in the kingdom.
On the record sales, CEO Dr Maher Al Shaer said: "Following the remarkable success witnessed with the sale of Phase One of ‘Al Qamra’ freehold residential plots in a short amount of time, we are pleased to have launched the final phase of the project for sale to investors."
Al Qamra, he stated, was a star attraction due to a number of key factors including the ideal location of the project, freehold access, variety of land sizes and sufficient communal facilities.
"All these elements combined present an attractive investment opportunity and a magnet for locals and expatriates alike," explained Dr Al Shaer.
‘Al Qamra’ is located in the heart of Diyar, within walking distance from Dragon City and the waterfront development Marassi Al Bahrain that features one of Diyar’s largest beaches.
The project also offers scenic landscaping, dedicated retail and recreational spaces, ample greenery and access to communal facilities, which make it an attractive choice for those aspiring to experience community living.
