The Indian Property Show, showcasing a diverse and comprehensive line-up of properties from the country, is once again geared up to mark its presence in Dubai, UAE.

Now in its 19th edition, the three-day real estate exhibition will be held Dubai World Trade Centre, from December 8 to 10.

Presenting over 45,000 properties from all over India, the popular extravaganza not only provides a one-on-one meeting opportunity between developers and investors, but also conducts informative and educative seminars on a number of current and perennial issues related to property buying.

Visitors can also avail a fantastic opportunity of winning free return air tickets to India, besides a number of exclusive deals and discounts.

Organised by Sumansa Exhibitions, the Indian Property Show will display over 500 projects ranging from apartments, villas, row houses, plots, commercial to retail properties spanning across key Indian cities such as Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Kolkata, Goa, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mangalore and Kochi.

“We like to introduce something different in every edition, and this edition’s highlight is the seminar on demonetization,” said R Srividya, general manager- corporate sales and brand engagement, Indian Property Show at Sumansa Exhibitions.

“NRIs are understandably worried about what course the real estate sector will take post this development on the home front, and living abroad further disconnects them with the ground reality. The seminar will in particular discuss the aftermath of the demonetization impact on Indian real estate sector, the effect on market value of property, and due diligence measures for NRI investments.

“With Vivekanand Babu, senior vice president and business head of GCC and new markets, Puravankara Projects Limited, at the helm, we believe that the talk will help clear a number of doubts and apprehensions that NRIs in the UAE are facing,” Srividya added.

The Indian Property Show will play host to prominent realty names from India, including Artha Group, Wadhwa Group, Godrej Properties, J P Infra, Mantri Developer, MahindraLifeSpaces, Tridentia, Ozone Urbana Infra Developers, Acron, Piramal Developers, Prime Expat Infra, Salarpuria sattva, Isha homes, Shakti Construction, South India Shelters, Sobha Developers, Shankar Adobes, Vatika Group and Shree Ram Group, amongst many others. - TradeArabia News Service
