CMCS seals Nomitech reseller partnership deal

CMCS, a leader in project management information systems, said it has secured a reseller partnership agreement with Nomitech, a leading provider of cost estimating software.
The latest collaboration allows CMCS to offer the combined cost estimating and cost management package to its clients within the Middle East region, said a statement from the company.
CostOS is a complete estimating solution in the world, specifically designed to increase the competitiveness of businesses. It is efficient and effective in responding to modern estimating challenges quickly, effortlessly, and accurately, thereby reducing risk and increasing the level of confidence, it stated.
CostOS offers real-time collaboration, with multiple estimators working at the same time on the same estimate, establishing a role-based and secure estimate, said the statement.

Through the reseller partnership, CMCS said it will provide its current and future customers with the most complete cost estimating solution.
The embedded 2D, building information model (BIM) and geographic information system (GIS) take-off modules ensure accurate and on-the-fly measurements that can be assigned instantly to the bill items. Additionally, commercial cost databases can be accessed directly through CostOS. A unique function, smart parametric assemblies offer the use of ready-made or customer-developed cost models for wide-ranging sectors.
