The resort-style luxury housing project comprising studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, townhouses and four-, five-, and six-bedroom villas, encompasses 8 million sq ft of freehold community in Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.

Its close proximity to Dubai’s top attractions makes it a sought-after project, said a statement from Sobha group.

Integrating the Vaastu principles of Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Space brings harmony between life and the life source, subtly transforming a simple structural property into a home, said Menon.

It is this harmony that attracts physical, mental, financial and spiritual progress in life and provides the right environment for mind, body and soul. Available in multiple sizes and layouts, these Vaastu-inspired homes are designed to bring joy and harmony for buyers and their loved ones, said the top developer.

Hartland Estates – The Vaastu Villas: As part of a range of exclusive waterfront or park side villas, homes at Vaastu Villas will be closer to nature than ever.

"Investors, in their private pools and own courtyards with optional Water Canal view, can bask in the serenity of water, earth, fire, air and space. The spacious Vaastu-inspired villa provides an abundance of positive energy with respect to varying cardinal directions," observed Menon.

Hartland Greens – The Vaastu Apartments: Designed to honour the Vaastu principles and five elements of life, these spacious studios, rooftop duplexes and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are surrounded by acres of lush greenery from every direction.
