Redcon set to deliver key Egypt housing project

Egypt-based Redcon Construction will soon deliver the first phase of its key residential project being developed at Caesar on the country's northern coast about 340 km from capital Cairo, said a report citing its top official.

Redcon is developing the Caesar North Coast project for leading Egyptian property developer Sodic with the first phase more than 85 per cent complete, reported Amwal Alghad.

The Phase One will see the construction of nine residential buildings over a 25 million sq m area at a cost of E£30 million ($3.4 million), stated the report citing Tarek El Gammal, the chairman of Redcon.

Redcon is the general contractor of Caesar project, assigned by Sodic, to carry out the construction works.
