Dubai-based Azizi Developments has announced plans to build a serviced apartment project in Al Furjan near Jebel Ali in Dubai, UAE.

The Dh350-million ($95.26 million) Roy Mediterranean will have 272 units comprising fully furnished studios and one-bedroom seviced residences.

The project will have state-of-the-art gym, spa, kid's play area, garden, swimming pool, cafe and retail outleets, the developer said. - TradeArabia News Service
