Sobha unveils luxury villas at Dubai development

DUBAI, May 4, 2016

Sobha Group, the leading luxury real estate developer, has opened two luxury show villas at its eight million-sq-ft Sobha Hartland project to the public for the first time.

Sobha Hartland Estates, an exquisite freehold community will entail a range of ultra-contemporary villas and available in various floor plans.

The L-shaped villas with high privacy, and featuring a courtyard, backyard and designated swimming pool come in four-, five- and six-bedroom units.

The four-bedroom villas are an average of 6,511 sq ft in size, five-bedroom villas around an average of 8,874 sq ft in size and six-bedroom villas span an average of 18,475 sq ft.

Sobha Group on Wednesday showcased the ultra-contemporary villas which will be on offer to prospective buyers at the mixed-used waterfront development in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City and beautifully set within three km radius to the city’s main attractions.
