Dubai gears up for mega property show

DUBAI, April 10, 2016

The stage is set for the International Property Show 2016 which will kick off tomorrow (April 11) in Dubai, UAE, supported by Dubai Land Department (DLD).

Several new concepts will be introduced this year as well as attractive rates would be offered on certain properties as exclusive deals at the event, according to Dawood Al Shezawi, the chief executive of Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions, the event organiser.

International Property Show 2016, being staged at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, allows each and every type of investors to benefit from the attractive opportunities on site. The event coincides with the Annual Investment Meeting 2016.

“The show gives added value to trade and consumer visitors alike. The presence of leading local and international developers at the show is clear demonstration of its leading position in the region,” said Al Shezawi.

Organisers expect to see increased corporate and retail deals at the show. By allowing direct sales on site for end-users, investors with limited budgets will constitute a big chunk of the show’s visitors.

Exhibitors are set to launch various offers on residential real estate services as well as a vast range of commercial real estate sales, leasing, consulting, relocation and expansion assistance services.

Major projects will be put on display and most of them will be available for sale. Visitors will also be able to get special discounts at the three-day show, said Al Shezawi.

The exhibition offers a perfect platform for both international and local real estate markets to showcase their residential, commercial and mixed-use products and to conduct serious transactional business, he added.
