Cloisall eyes $272m fit-out orders by Q2

With 2016 in full swing, Cloisall, a leading UAE-based interior fitting and contracting company, has secured contracts worth Dh700 million ($191 million) to be initiated over the next 24 months.
The company capped off 2015 with equally impressive numbers: in the last year alone, it witnessed an organic growth of 50 per cent and its fast-expanding pipeline of contract opportunities increased by 40 per cent.
Cloisall’s robust line-up of 2016-2017 projects is set to help cement the company’s pattern of future growth and reinforce its strategic vision of success.
CEO Majed Farha said: "At Cloisall, we are proud to have kicked off 2016 with such promising growth prospects. The fact that our order book has reached the Dh700 million- mark and that we have set out to exceed Dh1-billion in order backlogs before the end of the second quarter – including revenues pertaining to the Trading and Chemical Divisions – is a powerful testament to our proven track record of delivering high quality results."

In recent years, Cloisall – which boasts a total of 1,800 employees – has spearheaded a slew of landmark projects comprising Midfield Airport, Dubai World Central, and all concourses at Dubai International Airport, said the company in a statement.
Its other high-profile projects include Abu Dubai Mall’s Food Court, Ban Yas Mall, Delma Mall, Dubai Mall, New York University, Al Ain University, Waldorf of Astoria Hotel, and Pull Man Hotel, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
