Bahrain’s Riffa Views work on track

Poullaides Construction Company, a leading regional player in the building and civil engineering sector, said work was in full swing to develop a total of 61 villas at Riffa Views' residential complex Parks Estate in Bahrain.
Riffa Views is Bahrain’s first master-planned golf residential community of 1,056 villas set around an 18-hole signature championship golf course designed by Colin Montgomery.
Besides Parks Estate, the project includes two residential complexes, namely the Lagoons Estate and the Oasis Estate. It hosts the Royal Golf Club, the Royal Country Club, Riffa Views International School (RVIS), the RVIS Tennis Academy, the RVIS Soccer Academy, Mosques and Riffa Palms, a neighbourhood retail destination.
Speaking after a site visit, Riffa Views' managing director Yasser Al Raee lauded the speedy progress of construction and said this was mainly because of the cooperation from all parties.
Al Raee asserted that the work was progressing well on the 212-villa project and was hopeful of its completion as per the pre-set action plan.
He added that sale of the villas was under way since the beginning of the year, and that a number of villas had already been booked by investors.
Poullaides said its was committed to the timely completion of the first set of 61 villas within the work plan agreed upon last year.
