Construction work is under way on a BD52 million ($137 million) project that will transform traffic flow in the Southern Governorate of Bahrain.

The second phase of the project was inaugurated yesterday (December 29) by Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, in the presence of Works, Municipalities and Urban Planning Affairs Minister Essam Khalaf, Energy Minister Dr Abdulhussain Mirza and other government officials, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.
