Geze unveils latest keyless access control system

DUBAI, November 18, 2015

Geze, a leading developers and manufacturers of construction systems for door, window and safety technology, has unveiled its newest, stand-alone customisable access control system.

The Geze SecuLogic GCER 100 has been designed with RFID technology to offer greater security and control for corporations of up to 100 people thus making for an ideal security and access system for offices, shopping centres or laboratories, said a statement.

The system can be set up to work with virtually every ID card in frequency range 120 - 140 kHz and standard electronic car keys with the advantage that it eliminates the necessity to carry any extra keys or cards by utilizing the ones you already have.

The data transmission via the Geze GCER 100 system has been encrypted for maximum data security to avoid misuse of access by unauthorised persons, it said.

The device is ergonomic in design and can be installed both indoors and outside making it an ideal choice for commercial units with a maximum workforce of 100 people.

The GCER 100 is a standalone-system for one door. While it is not possible to assign spatial and temporal privileges, each taught badge is entitled to at any time. The Mastercard System can easily identify a badge and just as easily delete it as required.

The system's electronic access control represents a new generation of systems within Geze's prominent SecuLogic access control product line and thus fulfils the requirements of modern access control systems, said the statement.

The minimal dimensions of the access control controllers and the optimum integration of the ID readers into the building installations offer considerable freedom of design with regard to the doors and can be used for a single door or for networked door systems, it added. - TradeArabia News Service
