Agaoglu ... Turkish real estate market flourishing.

Turkish group to roll out key projects

DUBAI, September 7, 2015

Agaoglu, a leading real estate and construction company in Turkey, will be showcasing two of its major projects at Cityscape Global in Dubai, UAE, tomorrow.

These include the newest business hub, Istanbul International Financial Centre (IFC) and Europe’s largest mixed project, Maslak 1453, said the company, which will be taking part in the expo for the fourth consecutive year.

Agaoglu said the IFC’s architectural model will be unveiled for the first time. The monumental project for Turkey will enable its continuous economic growth and bring the country one step closer to its aim of being one of the top 10 financial centres in the world, it stated.

Dubbing it as the world's newest business hub, the Turkish firm said IFC will have access to the Trans-European Motorway (TEM) and E5 highways, thanks to its strategic location in the heart of Atasehir.

Agaoglu said with the passing of the reciprocity law, citizens of 129 countries worldwide can now acquire property in Turkey.

"This law has paved the way for global investors, allowing the Turkish real estate market to flourish. In fact, our group has made $2 billion of sales from foreign investment since 2011," revealed its chairman Ali Agaoglu.

Agaoglu, he stated, was presenting GCC investors with an opportunity to invest in new markets, such as Turkey, through IFC.

"The financial centre will offer incentives that will enable ease of establishment for the companies setting up offices in IFC. This will in turn enable the companies to swiftly emerge into new markets," he noted.

Agaoglu pointed out that the company has witnessed an increase in interest from Middle Eastern investors for Turkish real estate properties.

"I believe the reason for this rise is due to the quality of the projects being presented and the strong ties between our very similar cultures," he noted.

For instance, Maslak 1453, dubbed as Europe’s largest mixed-use project, comprises residential, office units and shopping malls.

Also 'My Club Project’, the largest sports complex in Europe along with art and culture centres, is located amid the headquarters buildings of leading international corporations in Turkey, stated Agaoglu.

Ease of access to public transportation and main highways of the city will be part of the attraction of the major brands located on Maslak 1453, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
